Resin & Pewter Cast |
We have in our disposal fully equipped molding/casting department we widely use
polyurethane resin cast for model fabrication in order to replicate self-repeating parts. Our castings are of very high quality, completely air bubble free and save a great amount of time. Due to our resin cast capabilities we are able to accompany architectural models with fully custom exclusive self-repeating parts, such as architectural elements or furniture, as well as provide manufacturers and inventors with short and medium runs of resin cast prototypes.
This service includes color casting where color pigment is
mixed with the resin. Instant resin coloring instead of
superficial painting has many advantages and highly
recommended for prototypes and other models.
We also have capabilities of replicating parts in pewter (white metal) as well as producing short and medium runs of pewter items.

CNC Machining |
One of our most spectacular and in-demand services is CNC carving. Our capabilities allow us to carve up to 4'x 6' topographical maps in one piece from the file based on your CAD drawing. We use CNC carving for architectural, urban and museum model fabrication as intermediate stage process
and it is not being offered it as an independent service.

Photo Etching |
Photo etching is a chemical process that allows producing the most fine and delicate parts for the models, mostly for architectural ones. We have in stock dozens of universal, ready to use photo etched plates. We built models that were fully fabricated out of custom designed photo etched parts. Even certain textures can be produced by this technology. We
are not, however, offering this service as an independent
service outside of a project's context.

Laser Cutting/Engraving |
Laser cut/engraving technology today is a must for model making firm specializing on architectural models. This process saves a great deal of time and labor, producing accurately cut parts and elements.
We use laser cut as intermediate stage process only, this service is not offered as an independent service.

Screen Printing |
Screen printing, also called silk-screen printing is a method that allows applying permanent ink directly on material surface, such as plastic or metal. This technique completely replaced older ornamental painting, saving time, labor and lowering the price for model fabrication.
We use this method as intermediate stage process only, this service is not offered as an independent service.
