Intake Valve - Lifesize Industrial Model

This 1:1 scale model represents an intake valve, which provides on-off ash flow control in fly ash removing conveyors, such as one represented by our other model (see the model of a Waste Removal Conveyor). This model includes opening access door and manually operating working internal gate. This model's main attraction is a massive cut through the center-plane, allowing to split the whole model in two and observe the entire interior of the valve and a gate's function.

The model is mounted on a wood finished base which gives the model respectable look and make holding and operating it convenient.

This model meant for trade shows and presentations and was highly recognized by the industry professionals for its accuracy and educational value.
