This is a 1:16
scale model of the military custom enclosure for
an electronic equipment, mounted on the Mack
Granite truck. This model is designed for trade
shows and presentations.
The enclosure was designed in 3D software,
produced by rapid prototyping from increased
durability plastic, and assembled and finished
manually. In order to reduce the model's cost we
used a pre-producted replica of the Mack
Granite, which we upgraded and adopted to
accommodate this custom enclosure.
The model is mounted on a mahogany base with a
clear protective cover. It is packed in a
military grade Pelican transit case with a
customized foam lining.
The model was appreciated by the customer for
its quality, accuracy and high level of details.
In a week after submission the model headed to
its first trade show. |
